Return & Exchange Policy

We offer returns only at the time of delivery during the inspection with the courier.

You have the right to inspect your order upon delivery before accepting it. If you wish to return the item, you must do so during the inspection while the courier is present.

Once the order has been accepted and the courier has left, returns will no longer be accepted.

Product Condition

Please make sure to inspect your item carefully upon delivery. The product must be in its original condition, unworn and unused, with all tags attached and original packaging intact.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order carefully when you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, you must notify the courier and request a return during the delivery inspection.

Returns After Delivery

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or return requests after the order has been accepted and the courier has left.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only according to our exchange terms and must be requested during the delivery inspection with the courier. The item must be in its original condition, unworn and unused, with the original tags attached.
